CLEAR
(noun) A thetan who can be at cause knowingly and at will over mental matter, energy, space and time as regards the First Dynamic (survival for self). The state of Clear is above the Grades (all of which are requisite to Clearing) and is attained by completion of New Era Dianetics and or the Clearing Course at an Advanced Organization.

Usage
A person who has attained the state of Clear can be at cause knowingly and at will over mental matter, energy, space and time regarding their own survival. This state is reached by completion of New Era Dianetics or the Clearing Course at an Advanced Organization.
Why It Matters
Clear is the state above all the Grades and represents a major milestone on the Bridge. Attaining Clear means the person is no longer adversely affected by their reactive mind on the First Dynamic.
