TR 2
Training drill which trains students to listen to and acknowledge the communication of a preclear or other terminals.
From the AOGP Abridged Scientology Dictionary — based on original LRH source materials, updated through 1982.
Usage
In TR 2, a student practices listening to what another person says and giving a proper acknowledgment that ends the communication cycle. The drill trains one to truly hear what is being said and let the other person know they were heard.
Why It Matters
Acknowledgment is what completes a communication cycle. Without it, a preclear in session may feel unheard and continue to repeat or restimulate, preventing progress in auditing.
