AUDITING BY LIST

A technique, - using prepared lists of questions, that relieves and helps the preclear find out more about himself.

From the AOGP Abridged Scientology Dictionary — based on original LRH source materials, updated through 1982.

Usage

During auditing by list, the auditor reads prepared questions one by one to the preclear, checking each for a reaction. This systematic approach helps the preclear discover specific areas of difficulty he might not have found on his own.

Why It Matters

Auditing by list provides a structured method of locating exact sources of charge or difficulty in the preclear. It relieves upset and increases the preclear's self-knowledge by covering areas that might otherwise be missed.
