GRADE
From the AOGP Abridged Scientology Dictionary — based on original LRH source materials, updated through 1982.
Usage
Each Grade on the Scientology Grade Chart represents a level of auditing with a specific ability gained as its result. A preclear completing Grade 0, for example, would attain the ability designated for that level through the processes contained on that Grade.
Why It Matters
The Grades provide an orderly progression of auditing levels, each building on the one before. Completing each Grade gives the individual a definite, named ability that contributes to their overall spiritual advancement.
