TRIPLE GRADES
The expansion of the levels from Dianetics to Grade IV Release to address all three of the primary flows; OUTFLOW (self to another), INFLOW (another to self) and CROSS- FLOW (another to another or others to others). Triple Grades intensify and stabilize the gains on each level. Triple grades were delivered until LRH developed the fourth flow, self to self. Then, Quad Grades were delivered from that point forward to present time. See the QUAD GRADES definition above for more information.

Usage
A person receiving Triple Grades would be audited on each level addressing three flows: what they did to another, what another did to them, and what they observed others doing to others. This expanded approach intensifies the gains made at each Grade level.
Why It Matters
Running all three flows on each Grade ensures more thorough and stable results than running a single flow alone. Triple Grades were later expanded to Quad Grades when the fourth flow, self to self, was developed.
