AUDITOR'S CODE
A collection of rules (do's and don'ts) that an auditor follows while auditing someone, which ensures that the preclear will get the greatest possible gain out of the processing that he is having.
From the AOGP Abridged Scientology Dictionary — based on original LRH source materials, updated through 1982.
Usage
Before auditing a preclear, the auditor agrees to follow the Auditor's Code, which includes rules such as not evaluating for the preclear or invalidating his gains. These rules govern the auditor's conduct throughout the session.
Why It Matters
The Auditor's Code exists to protect the preclear and ensure he gets the greatest possible gain from his processing. Without these rules, the auditor's own reactions or opinions could interfere with the preclear's progress.
