NO-GAME CONDITION
A condition in which there is no game at all — either everything is barriers or everything is freedom. Having some opponents gives you a game; having only friends does not, and neither does being entirely alone.
From the AOGP Abridged Scientology Dictionary — based on original LRH source materials, updated through 1982.
Usage
The campaigner who demands that all rules and barriers everywhere be removed would, if he succeeded, produce a condition with no game left in it. Total freedom and total restriction come out at the same dead place.
Why It Matters
People assume that removing every obstacle is the goal, and this shows why it is not. A game needs something to play against.
