HAVINGNESS
The concept of being able to reach.
From the AOGP Abridged Scientology Dictionary — based on original LRH source materials, updated through 1982.
Usage
A person with high havingness can comfortably reach toward and possess things in their environment — relationships, possessions, spaces — without withdrawing or rejecting them.
Why It Matters
Havingness is addressed in auditing because a person's ability to reach determines how much gain they can accept and retain. Increasing havingness directly improves a person's capacity to have and enjoy the results of auditing.
