SIX BASIC PROCESSES
Six processes run one after another, from 1954 and 1955, which bring a person up to the point where higher processes will work on him. They are two-way communication, elementary Straightwire, Opening Procedure of 8-C, Opening Procedure by Duplication, remedying havingness, and spotting spots in space.

Usage
An auditor runs them in that order, each to its own result, rather than picking whichever seems appropriate. They were also called the Six Basic Steps.
Why It Matters
These six between them cover most of what a person needs before anything advanced can reach him. They remain among the most reliable processes in the subject.
