KEYED-OUT

Released or separated from one's Reactive Mind or some portion of it.

From the AOGP Abridged Scientology Dictionary — based on original LRH source materials, updated through 1982.

Usage

A person who is keyed-out has become released or separated from the reactive mind or some portion of it, and typically feels a notable sense of relief and increased well-being.

Why It Matters

Being keyed-out represents a state of release where the reactive mind's influence is reduced. While distinct from the permanent erasure of reactive mind content, it provides real relief and demonstrates that auditing gains are achievable.
