Solid accumulations of old, inactive energy suspended in space and time. They are generated by opposing energy flows hitting one another and continue to exist long after the energy flows have ceased.

Usage
A ridge forms when two opposing energy flows collide and the resulting energy accumulates into a solid mass that persists in space and time. These old, inactive accumulations continue to exist long after the original energy flows that created them have stopped.
