PURIFICATION RUNDOWN
A programme of nutrition, sauna and exercise designed to clean drug and chemical residues out of a person's system. Those residues can sit there and get stirred up again, and while they do they get in the way of spiritual gain from auditing.

Usage
Someone with a history of drugs or heavy chemical exposure may do the Purification Rundown before starting auditing, so that what is handled in session stays handled. It is often shortened to the Purif.
Why It Matters
It is deliberately not a treatment for the body; it exists so that auditing can work. Removing what keeps getting stirred up is the point of it.
