All right, and welcome to another Scientology Outside of the Church podcast. This is season 14, episode 10. It's uh nine in our connections series. Yeah, I think it's a good idea. And we are going to pick up from our last episode where we left off. Talking about the connections to keeping Scientology working. Did it again. I'm here with Quenton and Simphiwe, and we're gonna get the ball rolling here real quick. How are you guys? Very good, Very good. So in the last episode, as I mentioned, we were talking about keeping Scientology working. Now, nearly eight months after the first study tape uh that came out on seventh February nineteen sixty five, keeping Scientology Working, was issued from Saint Hill in East Grinstead, Sussex, in England. Now, what this podcast is going to be about is what those connections are to it and why. And uh as berated as this reference is on the internet by those who um are critical, if you go back to our last episode, the reason why people are critical is because they've committed an overt And that overt stems from wait for it. That good old misunderstood word that they have on this reference and why LRH is saying the things that he's saying. And this is a policy letter, also, so it's important to know what policy is. Well and and also that all critics of critics should actually listen to this podcast because you'll really get maybe maybe you gotta clear some some words up Right. And this this also this also goes back to why someone's a critic, per LRH. A person criticizes something to lessen it. as an overt to make it okay. And that goes right back to the good old misunderstood word. So people who are critical of something don't understand this policy. And that's why we're gonna go over it in this particular podcast, and you'll see why it is such a valuable document and why it's so important. to all of the connections, the subsets, the loops, and everything that we've been going over the last couple of months. And this is canon for anybody that is a real independent Scientologist. Yeah. Yeah. No, I was just gonna say and policy letters is something that we as independent Scientologists adhere to because this is what LRH found that was workable. And policy helps to make things progress, but it also polices uh things that are out. And things that are out po outpoints. And so by having these policy letters in place, we can keep scientology working, for lack of a better expression. Yeah, you just answered the question I was about to ask for a new listener uh just coming in, maybe like what is a policy letter? What is this whole thing about policy letters, but you just you just described what it is and uh the one thing with this one specifically uh KSW keeping Scientology working it was written uh it's HCO policy letter of seven February nineteen six five and it's so significant that it is the first Yeah. policy letter that one reads or has to fully understand when starting any major course in in in in independent Scientology because it is the gist of it, so to speak. Um so yeah exactly how to do it and how to keep it in and how to not mess up and how to not create the problems that have been created uh How to do it. By the corporate church for the subject as a whole. Oh my gosh. Let's not go there. We're not talking about that today. This is what we're talking about. So it's HCO policy letter of seventh February, 1965, keeping Scientology Working. So let's read it. It says we have Sometimes since past the point of achieving uniformly workable technology. Our technology has not been discovered by a group. True, if a group had not supported me in many ways, I could not have discovered it either. But it remains that if in its formative stages it was not discovered by a group. then group efforts one can safely assume will not add to it or successfully alter it in the future. I can only say this now that it's it is done. There remains of course group turbulation or coordination or of what of what has has been done which will be valuable. Only so long as it does not seek to alter the basic principles and successful applications. The contributions that were worthwhile in this period of forming the technology were help in the form of friendship, of defense, of organization, of dissemination, of application, of advice on results, and of finance. These were great contributions and were and are appreciated. Many thousands contributed in this way and made us what we are. Discovery contribution was not, however, part of the broad picture. That's what it says. It is it is yeah. Now it's a it's it's very important to make the distinction that what he's talking about here goes all the way back to what we were talking about in episode one of this season and of this. uh series of podcasts because if you look at that in in the framework of where all this information came from and with and the one we did on the the Veda and the Dow and all this these these earlier subsets okay that's what he's talking about is he's the distiller of this information and the best one on the planet Then or even now, as far as I'm concerned. That's what he's talking about here. Now, this also goes back to what we were talking about in the last episode with the Berners and the study tech, and how all of these things connect, and distilling that information in in such a way that it works the way that it's supposed to, because If you alter something, you it and that's the beauty of Scientology. You see this all the time in in the free zone and the the psyches and all that stuff now. They they're they're still borrowing, still borrowing from technology that LRH developed in the 50s. And they're and and we're still ahead of our time now. Still, I just was I was just watching uh an episode of Ghosts on Netflix last night. No they show up. And they had it's great. That's my new favorite show. Um it's It's important when you see how uh psychologists there's the psychologist in this episode, it's in the second season, first couple episodes. And the um Viking in that uh Thor he's he's a ghost and he has this incident that he needs to have handled uh of him killing a squirrel and and he's got all this bypass charge after talking to the psychologist because the psychologist didn't flatten the incident And then they're talking to him, the characters are talking to Thor, and he he has a cognition and he spots spots the postulate and the incident blows. But the psychologist, yeah, the psychologist didn't catch that. The the incident was left unflat. And this is something that even even in modern TV shows, this was a couple years ago being season two of Ghost. And granted, it's it's just a a a context of house psychologists role. But the thing is, is we're still still in 2026 ahead of the game. And the reason we're ahead of the game to bring this full circle is because we keep the tech. in and this is something that you don't see in in air other areas in the in the free zone and things like that where they go and change things and then people come to us and we have to fix them. So that's where that's how all this ties together. And why he's he's saying this is that You know, all of these contributions were helpful, but he distilled them. And you know, there are there have been instances where people gave him information. Uh Candy Swanson is one. She gave him uh repair of past ethics and uh conditions by dynamics. As based off of his work. Now that's another subset, that's another loop. Okay, and was recursion based off of his researches that go all the way back to Gautama Siddhartha. And she said, Here's this stuff, sir. And she said, You can put your name on it. And he did. Because that was the contribution. Okay, so that's what he's talking about here and how we're still ahead of the game in 2026. So I just wanted to kind of fill in all those little dots and connections here on why this is so important. Love it. So why did it need writing? Okay, well, definitely what I'll say what I'll say to this is is that when When you have a technology that is pulled together the way this was pulled together, and how it was discovered, all those people who uh offer tabulations and offered coordination around it, like organizing this material. And then it works. Okay. So by 1965, the technology is workable. And if you go back to listen to some of our previous podcasts, When LRH was trying to get people to uh be proficient at auditing, and it wasn't always taking for every person. It wasn't it wasn't uniformly taking, he had to figure out like why was this not working for some people? Well, it was because of MUs, right? And so that then became study tech. And then, of course, then after that, we now have a workable technology and it's getting the job done. Well, now we have to make sure it is getting. Applied consistently, and wanted to make sure that it's protected from alteration so that it doesn't get changed, squirreled, messed up throughout the way, and this this is true of even things in the wild world, like aviation checklists, pharmacopias, and uh engineering codes, like these things have to be uniformly. Applicable in order to make sense. So he said it here. He said um in the OEC volume one on the KSW, he said that in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Wichita, uh the organizations and groups they crashed only because I no longer did seven, eight, nine, and ten. And so the talking about what's on the um the uh keeping Scientology working policy letter and so when these things are out per LRH when these things go out it actually destroys the tech destroys the technology of whatever it is that you're doing. And so in this case we're talking about keeping Scientology working. And so all of these things are extremely important. And once these are put in place, it standardizes. It standardizes what you have now created. Well LRH created uh uh with this auditing now keeping Scientology work is gonna make it a standard and anything that throws that off needs to be handled accordingly. Mm. Exactly. Go ahead. Yeah, there's this thing I'm thinking of right now. Um we looked at You know, you've got KSW and think we're still gonna talk about uh the 10 points that he talks about there uh in in that reference. When I've done a lot of uh admin training, right, and literally on every course I've done, it was keeping Scientology working and there'd be checkouts. Oh my gosh, this is intense. And clearing words and all of that. But the one one realization that I've I had with it was, yes, when he writes it, he writes it for the application of Scientology as a technology. But it is applicable to any other type of technology that is there or that can survive. It's like if you if you if you take the the the things he says here and then you apply it in the field of uh I don't know like coding it applies like if you want if you or if you've come up with some kind of a technology and it's like workable and you've gone to a point where it's like it works, you have the whole thing uh played like uh set up and it's all done. For it to survive, you would have to apply KSW, the policy letter, to that. For it to survive, it's like not just about Scientology only, but it's any for any subject to survive, you have to have these things in, otherwise you lose it. So that's the realization that I had and just came back was as you were talking um uh right now, Quenton. Yeah, I'm not going to be able to do it. It's like if you have workable technology, it will deliver only when it's applied, and that's what KSW is about. Right. So the 10 points, just to reiterate them a new unit of time for our listeners, one is getting the correct technology applied consists of And this is what he says. And then there's one, having the correct technology. Two, knowing the technology. Three, knowing it is correct. Four, teaching correct, excuse me, teaching correctly the correct technology. Five, and this is and he even says this later on in the bottom letter. Applying the technology. a sword point in the field. Six, seeing that the technology is correctly applied. Seven, hammering out of existence incorrect technology. Eight knocking out incorrect applications in the field. Uh nine Closing the door on any possibility of cor incorrect technology. I just did this today on Facebook. Uh I posted in uh uh our gig exec group about that. And and if you're an OT, act like an OT and don't get into earth politics. But we'll talk save that for another podcast. Uh I won't name I won't mention any names here. And then closing the door on incorrect application. So this this is this is a policy, but it's also a code. Okay. And that's that's the important point is you have to look at this just like you would the code of honor or the auditor's code, or Anything in Scientology, independent Scientology in this case, you have to keep this in, because if you don't study tech, for example, and applying that, you won't get far. And this is this is why what you see going on with the corporate church is happening. Keeping Scientology working was not applied, as we mentioned earlier, and that's that's the problem, is because people have misunderstood and when you when you substitute something for something else. You then are going off on a left hand or a right hand turn. And that's because you do not understand it. So you come up with unusual solutions and two plus two equals six. And that's what a misunderstood word is. Go ahead, Quenton. No, and I was just saying, and it's crazy because even in our um Axiom AI, I was doing the one of the actions in Axiom AI, and it spotted that I had an MU, I had a misunderstood word, and it kept drilling me on this word, and I had to come up with all the definitions and do all the things in order to fully clear the word. But I was using um I was using a a a different definition that I thought it was meaning. And once I had to go through and clear all the the different meanings of it or whatever, then I discovered for myself that wait, that's not the right one. And I had to have that conversation with it. But what I love about it is that we have this kind of the KSW is one of the core. policy letters in Axiom AI that keeps it working because it will it will step out okay hammer out anything any incorrect technology any incorrect application of it because boy oh boy did it it read me through it yep And we've heard that we've heard that from a lot of the people. It was very it was very very thorough and stringent with me and and and that's that is using the correct technology because it's because it's in writing and and if you don't deviate from it a large language model like ours understands that data Yeah. very very well and and can adhere to it but with a human and I say this in parentheses and humorously in the loop uh you get people that drop it and they get reasonable and and okay I'll give you a pass on that all right that's that's good where with with Axiom AI You don't you don't have that latitude. You need to make sure that the the the AI gets it, and the AI gets it, as all of us can attest. That we've built using LRH's uh 10 points and everything else. And and that's the neat thing about Axiom AI is because It doesn't drift on that. It's gonna make sure that you get Right it you get it you got it Okay good pass next It does it did not. Well hold on a second. And I I even tried to say, I even tried to say no. I understand. I understand where I messed up. Like I because I find it for myself. Oh, wait, I think I was using the wrong definition. And I said I was using the wrong definition. I should have been this and whatever. And they said, okay. Got it, I I I understand that. Now let's go ahead and c fin finish clearing this word. Uhhuh. Right. Right. And I was like, but I get it though. Right. Nope. Nope. Let me just continue. Yeah. Right. Right. Thank you, I got that. Do birds fly? Right. Oh my gosh. So yeah, we we we we are we are definitely using standard we're definitely using standard LRH deck unchanged for sure Yep And that's that's how we built it. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. And the beauty of it is you have access to it every day, all day, like there's no it's a machine that's that's uh that's up 247. Unlike having to wait for the word clearer because the word clearer is currently busy uh word clearing someone else and you have to wait. Yep. And then by the time they finish, uh now they're going off post. Oh they're the the course time is done, and you're like I've experienced that so many times. Oh yeah, that's beautiful, but though Coming back to KSW, that point of knowing it, like study is a huge part of like study tech is a huge part of uh keeping Scientology working. Because you have word clearing, you have check sheets, you have all the aspects of study tech, and it is all towards keeping the the the technology working, like all of those points. Without study tech, you can't get all of those 10 points. Now Having said that, I want to look at how I want us to look at how it looks on our courses. It's a good thing you just uh pointed out um Axiom AI, Klaatu is exactly the same. Actually even tougher sometimes. Yeah, they try to get the people who are going to be able to do it. I did that on purpose. Yeah. Yeah. But I want to take a look. I want to sit look at them like the point by point. So without study tech, you cannot have the correct technology. Even if you have the materials written there, but if you can't study it, what's the point? It's actually you don't have it. You have a book, you have materials, but you don't have the technology until you're able to study it. And then knowing the technology, how can you know it if you have misunderstood on it? You know, and then you've got like knowing it is correct. As you're doing the course, you start applying the material, and you see it for yourself. Like Quenton was saying, he spotted it himself, like I used the wrong. The definition now he know like that's how you actually get to knowing that it is correct. And teaching correctly the correct technology we've got Axiom AI, we have Klaatu, these are AI um agents and they've been set up and created with knowing nothing else when it comes to study, but getting the study tech in and making sure you're doing it correctly. Cutting no corners. And it doesn't there's no point where it needs to go for it go go for a pee break because now it has to go handle body rudiments and then say, okay, let's just quickly finish this so I can go and then come back. Nope there's none of that. And it makes sure you're applying the technology correctly and you actually get to apply it while doing the courses. And then seeing that the technology is correctly applied. Like I remember when I was studying, um, I was doing Axioms Mastery, and I had to clear a word, and then it picked up that those words that I said like that it was like I it was that I don't know how this really works but and then I try I cleared something else and then it was like okay when we were clearing this word you said you didn't know something can we go back to that section and I went back and looked like oh yeah I actually cleared something else and then I left the other thing. It got me to go back to that and I like it made sure that I correctly apply even the word clearing technology. And having it means that we're doing seven eight nine and ten. He says that so many times. Hammering out of existence incorrect technology, knocking out incorrect application, and then closing the door so there's no incorrect technology that comes in. and incorrect application that comes in closing the door on in on any possibility of incorrect technology and closing the door on incorrect application having this in our courseroom virtual course room being done by a system that doesn't have uh its own considerations coming creeping in it just does what it's been taught it's been trained heavily on study tech heavily on uh KSW and LRH tech so it just does that that's what it's programmed to do and that's what it will do and so amazing though Right. Well, and and even on our courses, too, you know, we we go in and we making sure that each individual has the correct technology and it's unaltered and it's the way LRH intended it. Because what we've noticed, and this is This is the scuttle butt of the um independent feel, but what we've noticed in Free Zone, what we've noticed is that there are those that do have their own alterations and do alter things and do do things differently for whatever reason. And that then becomes A thing, you know? And so we make sure that particularly on one through six, is that anybody who's doing the courses within our academy and led by Klaatu our core supervisor, anybody doing the courses here is getting the correct technology and it's making sure that it's getting in and getting a applied and seeing that technology is correctly apply because it makes you do the demos it makes you do the clay demos it makes you do all these things so that you can actually get it in the Yeah. And to to look at the subsets on this and how we developed it. Um I was lucky enough to be trained at at Flag in Clearwater in 1988. And we used to Chinese school Uh keeping Scientology working. I uh you know it it the course supervisor, the lead the the lead course supervisor, I remember mustache, short hair, uh medium build, medium sized build with a big pointy stick up on the wall. And we had a big huge poster uh over the um tape decks we still actually had real to real tape decks and the cassette players were new at that time and he would stand there number one what is it and we would have to say it out chinese school as a group number two what is it and right yeah No technology And and then he would he would acknowledge us and he go right number three what is it and that right exactly and there were 100 120 people in that course room and the that is a a subset and a loop that got me No, no, no. at 19 while being on course to really understand and get and you know somebody walking in you know off the street seeing that going oh wow this is a cult no it's not it's not a cult it it Right, right. The Chinese do it, you know? They may be they may be communist, but I mean, you know, that's that's how they they they teach people, and it's not because it's wrote, it's because that you need to understand it. But And then when when I was making Axiom AI, uh to me it was as clear as day. How it was going to work, and that these were the principles that needed to be applied in the code with the AI and for the AI, so that it could do these things. An Axiom AI is a course supervisor as Klaatu, it's trained as a fully hatted course, a fully had word clearer for non-metered word clearing, and it's also your course admin. All in one, following those check sheets, those references, and it thinks with them constantly. And that's what the guys were detailing here earlier here in the podcast. So you look at that and you go, that's a really good way to learn is you're you're literally getting it directly from LRH's words, letters. mouth references without any deviation, which is something I couldn't even I I couldn't get that at flag with some of my my twins. I would have to say though that I did get that at flag from my course supervisors and it was it was the best experience of my life because it it crossed a All my dynamics from that point on. And that's what we're trying to do with Axiom AI is do that same thing in 2026. Well, and I think that even when you mentioned about the um Chinese calling it and stuff like that, like even in I remember growing up in church, right? My pastor used to say, you know, touch your name, slap, slap your neighbor, and say hammering out of existence, incorrect technology. You know, like we the the way the way you learn and the way something really gets into your very uh from a visceral standpoint I guess it's like there's a there's this understanding of how it gets done and so even in churches like I'm talking about like Christian churches or whatever they'll say you know everybody say it together now together now say it knocking out incorrect application you know and you get everybody into so it becomes now this this way of understanding so I love that Yeah, yep. And Yeah. But I guess it's Yeah. It's the same thing when you're when you're going over uh different passages in the Bible and songs that you sing that that those hymns have passages from the Bible. It's no different. Exactly. At all. And I can recall in primary school That's how we land the times table. One times two one times one is one. Yes, I think that's the one. One times two is two. One times three is three. Yeah. It's just this it's just a tool to memorize stuff. Absolutely. And then you know it. It's a it's a part of you. You know, we had to do the same thing with the affluence attainment formula on as as students in that same course room on another chart on the wall. We had to Chinese school it, and I know it by heart to this day, and I think with it every day of my life. And that's what you have to do in order to keep Scientology working. Right. And so if this discovery wasn't done by a group, it wasn't group work, then how did people really help? And uh he actually talked about this in the KSW as well. He said that uh there were great contributions. And were and are appreciated. Many thousands contributed in this way and made us what we are. Okay. And so he talked about seven different kinds of help where he mentioned about friendship, help of friendship, help of defense, of organization. of dissemination, application, advice, advice on results, and of finance. So he touched on different ways that the he mentioned many thousands contributed to making us what we are today, right? And so when we look at this, even now, even today, whether it be staff, whether it be students that are in the course room, like I said, using Claude, using Axiom AI, whether it be auditors that are actually auditing PCs and getting people up the bridge, whether it be supporters that people who are members of you know, inner circle members with our uh platform or doing different things from a finance line. All of these ways are ways that people are helping to keep Scientology working because we are delivering unaltered tech, we're delivering the tech that LRH intended, and this is what makes it true. And so all of these people are contributing, whether it be friendship, defense, organization, dissemination, application, advice on results, and we get some people that try to give us advice on results. We get letters, trust me. We get emails, trust me, of people saying, Hey, can you change this? Can we make this happen? Can we do this differently? So we get people who give us even advice on getting this results out and applic application, and of course on finance. So we are definitely uh keeping scientologies working across these seven categories and and doing it. So That's how we're putting it in. Yeah, I mean it's still the same thing, like even right now. Like even for AOGP as Quenton's saying, you have people that are friends of uh the organization. May not be staff members, actually even the staff members. We we we are all friends. There's friendship that's from Red and Red that goes in and say that dynamic. And there's times when we have to defend it and and uh putting it together, like putting the organization in, you know, we have LRH's tech, we're not changing the tag, but we have to organize ourselves around it so that we can be able to, you know, up use uh the board as he as he's giving it to us, and dissemination. People need to know that there is a way to go up the bridge. Um Outside the church, there's podcasts. That's part of it. People viewing people liking and and subscribing and sharing those podcasts. That's help. And you have application like you when we actually when you go in session and you actually apply it, or you go on Klaatu and you apply one of the LRH process uh processes that are on there, and you've handling you. Get this massive cognition on oh now my my admin scale is in for the first time ever in my life. That was that's what happened with me. Having been on stuff as an executive for how many years was it? 11 years, part of that as an ED for six years. I never got I never got to a point where I had my personal admin scale in because there was no one had time to help me with that. It's like that's yours. Yeah. You only get help for things that have to do with post. Things that have to do with your other dynamics. Well, you figure that out. That's your responsibility. But having having Axiom AI was able to apply that. Advice is on results. Like a person coming, like I was talking to another guy yesterday. And he's telling me his wins from auditing that he's had with uh with with Jonathan. That's advice on results. Like, oh, the stuff that you guys are doing is helping because this is what has happened. And like, oh, so we should keep doing it then. You know, and then when someone pays for their like there's a reference LRH wrote on um what your donations buy. And he talks about like when you actually go to an org and then you you you you you you make your donation you pay for your services that you're not necessarily doing right now but services that you're going to need maybe in a year or so like your your your your your package up to whatever whatever level When you do that, you're actually helping the organization because now there is funds that are that organization can use for disseminating even better and getting more people in and helping other people. And then you are still gonna get your your your your money's worth because you've bought those services, they're yours. So this helps the seven kinds of help are still there, even in AOGP. It is. We are not changing the tech, but we Are helping LRH get his tech out there without changing it, but getting it out there as it is, using 2026 uh level of technology, and as time goes on, there's more developments that keep coming in, and we leverage that. And we've expanding even more and reaching more people. It's very exciting. Yeah, and and you know the the the connection here uh as as a subset is the reason why he says it was not discovered by a group. I got excited. Yeah. Because you need one standard set of stable data, one source, and so you are CE of information. And when you do not have one source of information, that leads in into this. uh hard or hard right or hard left turn type of a thing. Well this guy said this and this guy said that. It's based off of LRH and then you have guys like Scott Gordon that go out and redo the whole freaking grade chart and say I can build it better and what No, I'm sorry. And and I'm not sorry that I'm sorry. It's it's really the truth is is there's one source, and if you deviate from that, you're on your own, brother. Because There's there's nothing to help people that you deliver tech to that isn't correct. And it's funny that even our own messenger is called Source Messenger. Okay our our our own Telegram based messenger for DMs and all of that and sharing information and having our groups and our uh Sunday services is Source Messenger because Using LRH policy in tech in the code with our AI and on our courses in Axiom AI with Klaatu. And everything that we do is based off of LRH policy because of, and I'm not trying to rhyme here, KSW, and keeping that in. And sometimes I even when I'm when I'm coding. I'll be talking talking to the agent and and it'll say, Do you want to do this or do you want to do that? What it's your decision. And I'll say what do our materials state in our database from LRH? And it'll go look at it. And then and I and I literally say, and you'll have your answer. And that's that's how it has to be. Not just for a large language model, but for people as well. And this brings us to that AOGP is outside the church, but inside keeping Scientology working. Because we're and thank God LRH put so much in he was so verbose in writing that you have such a detailed blueprint. And we would just We were just all three of us were talking about this yesterday about the OCA line that we have and how accurate it is that it's spooky. And it's it's spooky because it's so accurate. There's no room for deviation because it is based off of keeping Scientology working LRH Tech and Policy and that's that's the beauty of this distill of information that brings us into this podcast so uh because we apply it It's it's that simple. If you have it, you know it, and you have those guardrails up to where you say, okay, when I was on course at Flag and I'd walk up to to Nestor Vives in in practical, and I'd say, Nestor, I have a question. And then he'd look at me with his one funny eye and he'd say, W D Y M S. And I've said this before in the podcast, but it bears repeating. And I'd go, W D Y M S, and he'd go, Yeah. What are your material state? And why and and and he knows I was downstairs in the the theory course room doing keeping Scientology working and you don't you can't even go you you you just My shoulders shrunk and is like okay, I'll go look it up in the tech vols. Thanks. Well, we have that now with AOGP. Okay, we have a knowledge base, we have the lecture library, you can talk to Klaatu you can talk to Axiom AI. And you you have KSW in action. And that's why it's such an important line for AOGP. Period. Oh yeah. Well yeah. So And here's why that matters more for us, not less. Yeah. Now as an independent like as an independent org We need KSW more, not less. We don't have all of these other, you know, support structures and whatnot, which is good, because then we can just focus on Keeping Scientology working. We give this the tech standard and we apply it exactly as it did. We don't create new technology. It's run, give the research, and it's very extensive. Like I remember when we're looking at the the those connections and how far back they go. We don't have time to go back and redo that and reinvent the wheel. But he's given us the tech and it's available and we just relax and we do seven to ten to ensure that it doesn't change into something else, which won't work. Because at the end of the day, it's a system. It's like if you have a car. And then you decide that um I don't really like unleaded. It's too expensive. So I'm gonna go with leaded today. Not all of it, it's just I'm just gonna put half and half. Like like you're making cereal with half and half milk. It's not gonna it's gonna break the car. I'm sorry. It's gonna break the car. Yeah. And the reason why the car breaks. It's a lot cheaper. I can get it from the depth. Actually, I can get it from the stream outside my gate for free. But if you do that, it messes up the whole thing. It's the same thing with the tech and KSW. Yeah. It's like we have to make sure that we do it as it is written, as we have it. And so fortunate that um we have the tech the the the the like the the way technology is now Um in 2026. Like we've got these AI models, we've got all of these things, which we've had to learn. Like I spent between 2024 and 2025, I think I must have done probably more than 50 courses uh online learning about AI, not knowing I was actually getting ready to meet Jonathan and Quenton and AOG and How about that? Prior to that. Exactly. And prior to that, I completed my OEC. Like I did, you know, that was like tough. But and then it all comes together, though. It all comes together and we are making Yeah, exactly. And apply the technology that you there. Applying it and then hammering out of like six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. Like just That's the key. Yeah. Yeah. You know, I it just came to mind as you were just saying that um when all of these newfangled ways of of of doing things or putting in the uh trying to make a new technology. What came to mind for me was interesting versus interested. And I'm what Very very much so. I'm wondering if some of these individuals are trying to be interesting. And oh, I came up with this new blah blah blah, and I got a new such and such. And I kind of Yeah. I want to create I want to create. That's that's that's and that's and that's all of that is back in the axioms, which leads back to all of the podcasts we've done on this. Is that's what a being wants to do is they want to create. And that's what LRH ran into in Scientology from 1950 to 1965, is everybody wanted to put their own create on it, and that creates problems for people. Yeah, and you and you're being interesting and not interested. If you're really interested and you have it, if I have it right here and I'm interested in helping you, whatever your situation is, or whatever, here, let me let me give this to you. Just follow the steps, and and no matter how many times we've talked to people, I'm telling you something, we've talked to so many public. so many public still even now and even something as simple as do your admin scale is you would think I was trying to tell you to slap your mama like no I'm just asking you to do the admin scale and it is a big confront so I'm not I'm not trying in any way lessen what they may be kind of going through when they have to do this but I'm just asking you to do what is what needs to be done in order to get us through this. That's keeping Scientology working. Because I'm not I'm ex exactly exactly and and and it and and doing this in order to make sure that One is able to do the thing, do the process. Right? But but what ends up happening is if somebody is trying to be interesting, they're gonna come up with this. Oh, we have a new easier way, or we have a new brighter idea, or we have a new, you know, you know, I don't know. It just it just it just that just came to be interesting versus interesting, or being interesting. Yeah we have a new we have a new shape for the wheel you don't need it round like you can always have like you know it's easy to make rectangular wheels easier to make Yeah Right, or let's try let's try an octagon. That's new, and it's my create. Right. I don't get it. Oh my gosh. Wait, that that that just came to me, so Jonathan, you got it. Yeah. Yeah. And that's the funny thing is somebody sees the octagon on somebody's wheel and they go, that's so interesting that he made that decision. Yep. Hmm. Yep. Just create an effect. And then. And that's that's how you get squirrels is they get they he talks about this in KSW. You know, so if you have you'd be a really [bleep] guide if you let somebody wander off and look at all the pretty rocks. That's what this is about. Oh yeah. Precisely, and it can't be stressed enough. So if it if it works, it ain't broke, don't fix it, leave it alone. Yeah. Leave it alone. You can be creative all you want. Go paint a picture. Go come up with a new app. Go, you know, that type of a thing. But doing your admin scales is going to get you there so that you can do what it is that you want to do. Yeah. Be, do, have. That's why we have volume one. You need to be and do and have in order to be in alignment. to be able to do your admin scales. And we found this out the hard way, folks. Quenton can attest to this. Yeah. We tried to do the admin scales first and we s we and we didn't reinvent anything. Anything. We said, okay, it's too steep of a gradient, right, Quenton? And I said, okay, I'm gonna go back to the tech and I'm gonna look at this. Okay, here it is. And we've done all these podcasts about it and everything. Why can't they do an admin scale? Because they're out valence. Now, I'm not saying this is processing. It's not auditing. It is an administrative process. The admin scale is an administrative process. Writing up OWs, it's in a policy letter. Right. It's an administrative process that you get CS approval to do if you're getting auditing per the tech. You see what we're saying here, folks? Hear me on this. If you can be and you can do and you can have using Axiom AI LRH's policy and his tech, which is what all of that is based off of, now you are more yourself. You're not somebody else. Can I want you more yourself, you're absolutely right. Now go ahead. No, that's right. Go ahead. And once one is in valence, one can do this. I want to clear administrative process because when you said that, I was like, do we really understand this? Administrative process is a structured set of rules or procedures that an organization follows to carry out its duties, make decisions, enforce regulations, or manage daily operations. And so An administrative process that we're doing, in this case, we're talking about, you know, obviously using independent Scientology. But when we say when we when we have Axiom AI as a as a requisite and putting this stuff in, it's an administrative process, a set of rules and procedures that helps the organization carry out what it's intended to do. And so these things, and I want to I want to give the audience a reason why we're kind of on this. I literally just had a conversation with a brother the other day, and we were talking about the admin scales. And and he literally said, Why can't I just do my own? Why can't I just do it on my own? Why can't I just do it on my for myself? And I said, Well, you can. Because you want to take a look at the event. I'm not saying you can't do it for yourself, but the point is to get it done. The point is to get it done, and and and what ends up happening is again this this whole reasonableness thing where I'll do it when I'm ready, I'll do it when I feel like it, but I want to just do what I want, and what that what's being missed here is that it's a set of rules and procedures that helps the organization do what it's intended to do. The reason why you came here is to do this. But in order to do this, we have to have this procedure first. And once that's done, that'll allow you to get this. And it's so important that these administrative processes are put in place and the administrative processes are done in order to make sure you're getting everything you're intended to get. Everything as promised. Yeah. But Anyway. It well and uh you know uh anecdote Yeah Your needle is floating. At the ball for the popic charge. You know, anecdotally, this happened what seven eight months ago, something like that, where there was a guy on Facebook that was saying, how how can you ask for somebody's goals? That's auditing. And it's the goals is the first thing on the admin scale. No, no. That's an administrative action. That, wait for it, is an MU, a misunderstood. Right there. Wow. Right. Right there. You do not understand what goals are. LRH wrote this, my boy. Do you think that he would put it in a policy letter if it wasn't something you could do administratively? Yes. Oh a second I'm sorry I just got an email that the brother that I'm talking about is not doing it admin scales I just got the email I'm actually happy because I was like oh gosh And I I'm not gonna do that. Okay. Amazing what bypass amazing what handling bypass charge can do instantaneously in a podcast, huh? I just got the email. Not not for you for him because we're all in the same room. Yeah. Yeah. This is the tech being applied to our listeners, right? Wow. Because there's there's no time, space, or distance. Now he's not far from you. Right. If it's who I think you're talking about. But is isn't that something? No no no no this is not this is something on the other side of the of the world for me. Oh, on the other side of the planet. Okay. Even better. Okay, geographically. Yeah. Okay. And so that's the thing. But that but that's that that's that OT reach. Yeah, that's that OT reach. That's Theta Universe. And that's why keeping Scientology working and applying these things. And this is this was a discovery that we made. Okay, the there is one policy letter, one policy letter on the admin scale in all of the LRH policy volumes. And it was something that I stumbled on and I said, and I knew this years ago. I thought that's funny. I don't ever see anybody doing admin scales except for their business. Why is that? Yeah. It is I mean you've seen that too, Simphiwe. That is my experience. I mean it's not just me. That's my experience. Yeah. I was talking to someone else yesterday. Well, at least he decided to do his admin scale like now, and he actually confirmed this. I saw it this morning, he actually started. Um I was sharing my my experience, like the the the reference or the policy letter, he titles it third dynamic de aberration. But it's admin it's it's it's it's it's it's not auditing it's stuff that is on the third dynamic but it then applies to other dynamics as well you can apply it to your own first dynamic second dynamic third dynamic all all all the way across and my experience being on stuff being an exec being a like Right, because I'm not going to be able to do that. Taken care of they were trying by all means to take care of me because I'm the head of the organization. If I do better, everyone does does better. But there was not enough resources, time, people to sit down with me and be like, Okay let's cut everything off. Let's focus, let's do your admin scale for your first dynamic. What like look? Let's look at it. Second dynamic, third dynamic. It was always uh The third dynamic. We need to be on post. We need to get you back on post. We need to get you on production. But now my first two dynamics were out of whack. Yep. And the whole thing crumbled. And and they're concentric. And so when one shrinks, so do so two do all the rest. Exactly. If you don't have the first, you can't have the second and the third. It's not gonna work. The same thing applies when you're coming in on auditing lines. It's a like you're coming into a third dynamic, you have to have an auditor there. You can't audit yourself. You have to have an auditor there, you have to have a CS there, you have to have an organ and org there to help you. So you need to apply this third dynamic tech. to be able to function on this third dynamic. And if your first two dynamics are out, I'm sorry. You are not going to finish even probably the first intensive. Cause you're going to start doing better. And then suddenly you're going to see this this this um potential 2D. That you didn't see before, and suddenly because now your confidence is up. You're like, Oh, I can actually go and talk to her, and then you go and talk to her now, you're supposed to be in session on Saturday. Like, no, I have to go on a date with my new 2D, everything is nice and awesome. And it's like, dude, but you had a goal to send to go clear in two months, and we were going to do it. What happened? the admin scale was not in for the second dynamic. So when it hit you, you didn't have programs in place, you didn't have alignment of your dynamic, and it just blew up. I mean if you had done that with Axiom AI And you had your alignment of your dead your your admin scales, and then this amazing 2D opportunity shows up, or a beautiful business uh opportunity comes up, you go back to Axiom AI and be like uh so We need to do some alignment here. There's things that have changed. Okay, and us okay, what has changed? There's this new business that just came in, and I could make so much money, and this is what it's going to require and blah blah blah blah. Okay, this is gonna affect your third uh dynamic admin scale. Let's go look at it. It changes this and this. Now there's the now your programs is not aligning with your your goal for This and then let's look at it, and then you look at it. Okay, I can do it. Okay, I know what to do. We're going to readjust my my schedule. We're gonna do it this time instead of that time, and then everything still works. But if you didn't do your admin scale, I'm sorry, I just went on a rant. No, it may be a little bit more. But if you didn't do your admin scale, it wasn't gonna work. And I know because that's exactly what happened to me when I joined staff at AOGP. I couldn't handle it until I did my admin scales and everything balanced out. Okay, I'm gonna shut up now. Right. And and and that's you know, this all goes back to KSW. If if if it's applied and you're you're dealing with people that understand it, know it, and are applying it properly. Yeah. You're you have an organization that is in alignment with themselves and each other and their public. And when we have people come on our lines and like, oh, my wife wants me to be off this weekend, and I and all this, and I can't do that, and oh well, there's this, and I mean. It all three of us have heard heard it all, and we always say to each other, they they have things out of alignment, and when they can't do it, they can't get through the admin scale, like Quenton was saying. We we know we know one thing, and that's exactly what Simphiwe was saying, is that there there are things that are not aligned that will prevent them from getting up the bridge. So we're we're helping you help us and vice versa by getting these things in alignment through the use of keeping Scientology working because If if Axiom AI can do that for you, all you have to do is is sit down at your computer and follow the instructions and answer the questions, and you're gonna get things into alignment. And the phone starts ringing, opportunities start happening, and you all of a sudden you have time that you didn't have before so that you could go on course. Well you could be in session, and that's that's all we're trying to do to LRH and his writings and keeping Scientology working. Yeah. So basically that wraps this episode up uh of our of our of our connections uh episode for um now and we hope that this has been illuminating educational and helps you get things in alignment by sticking to keeping scientology working uh do you guys have anything to say in closing Do you have me scale? Yeah. And I'll say this too. Like like if any of We meet a lot of people, and a lot of people are reaching, but a lot of people, uh but I think that there's a level of reach or a there's something that seems to be outside of their reach or their grasp. Maybe that's how I want to say it. There seems to be something outside of their grasp. If you're reaching for your bridge, if you're reaching for clear, if you're reaching for OT, wherever wherever you are in your process, if you're reaching Reach for something and grab something. Reach and grasp. And I'm saying this because again, we talk to a lot of people and they and they they'll reach. And then it's like, oh, but I just missed it. Oh, but I have a birthday party coming up. Oh, but what about my Zorch? You know, whatever, you know, and if it's something, if it's something that you're reaching for, grab hold to something and let that be the thing that I say I won. I got it, I'm doing it, I'm rocking it. If it's gonna be Axiom AI, let it be Axiom AI. If it's gonna be your Purif, let it be your Purif. If it's gonna be whatever it is, if you're reaching, grab something. That's my final thing. Okay. Um just apply KSW. I mean if you if you have an intention to uh make use of the technology apply KSW and just do it And it it you know it's important to note LRH says in the actions that considerations are are senior to the physical universe and if you've got considerations about anything you go I'm too old I'm dying blah blah blah blah blah the the this the that the how much this costs and you know inflation is this and okay your dynamics Are out of alignment. Period. Period. Your considerations are the thing that needs to change. And the only way you can do that is to figure out the do have. You get on your admin scales, you apply keeping Scientology working, let Axiom AI and LRH walk you through these. Things and the the amount of case gain you can have from an administrative action, okay, because you're you're putting order into disorder. That's part of the axioms. That's what the admin scales are about, and you're getting all these things aligned on your dynamics, what your goals, your purposes, your policies, your plans. Yeah. And and we've said this over and over and over and over, but the ultimate question is, why am I not up the bridge? Why am I not clear? Why am I not OT? Things are out of alignment. Let us help you keep Scientology working and get on the bridge, and you'll see that all these considerations can change. It's really just that easy. So for all of us, Quenton, Simphiwe, and I, Namaste and we love you. Bye-bye.
