About this episode

Check Out Axiom AI for yourself: https://www.ao-gp.org/axiom-ai Take our Incredibly detailed personality test!: https://www.ao-gp.org/personality-test Season 13, Episode 11 opens "Subsets: The Architecture of Everything" — the longest series this podcast has attempted, six parts long. Johan is joined by Quenton and Simphiwe for a panel episode that starts with the global race to artificial general intelligence and ends somewhere very few AI conversations go. The prize every major lab is chasing is not a smarter chatbot; it is recursion — a system that improves its own ability to improve. Johan spent the better part of a year building AOGP's platform alongside AI systems, watching each generation of model help generate, critique and evaluate its successor, and recognised the shape immediately: a subset helping produce the senior thing it becomes a subset of. He had climbed that architecture already. It is the Bridge. The LRH source material comes from the Special Hubbard Professional Auditors Course of April 1959, read on air and quoted in full. The panel takes it apart from three directions. Quenton draws the business ladder — revenue funding capability which raises revenue — then proves it with a dentist warning that teeth lose strength without the work of chewing, and a first day back at the gym where leg day is plainly a subset of a body that only gets stronger by climbing. Simphiwe answers the new listener's question with a child discovering hands, then fingers, then shapes that turn out to be letters, then words, then concepts: a ladder of rising awareness with no ceiling. Johan walks the parallel onto the Grade Chart — an OT level is not a trophy but an increased capacity for reaching the next state, which is why a skipped gradient does not slow the climb, it collapses it. There is a detour through Dragon Ball Z that turns out not to be one, a book on a desk that puts four universes in one room, and a moment where Quenton's audio drops out mid-sentence and becomes the episode's cleanest example of misalignment. Section VI names the problem both worlds share. AI's hardest unsolved problem is not capability but alignment: keeping a system that grows more powerful faithful to the purpose it was built for, every level in agreement with the level above it or capability becomes catastrophe. LRH shipped a solution to that same engineering problem in 1965 and called it the admin scale. The assignment this week is deliberately small — pick one area of your life, name its ladder out loud from the goal at the top down to the thing you will actually do today, then find the single rung that disagrees with the one above it. Do not fix it yet. Just look. Simphiwe works a savings goal end to end on air and finds the disagreement in about thirty seconds of arithmetic. Axiom AI will build and hold that admin scale with you, the free OCA shows where you are starting from, and the AOGP community is here for the climb. Next week: the admin scale hiding inside an ordinary morning. Art Work Inspired by M.C. Hi, and welcome to another Scientology Outside of the Church podcast. This is Season 13, Episode 11, and we are going to start a six-part. This is our longest podcast series to date, and I am extremely stoked about doing this podcast series. This has been something that has been in the making for a very, very long time, and that is a pun and a reality, and you will see why when we get through this six-podcast series. So I'm here with Simphiwe and Quenton. How are you guys? Doing good. Great. All right, so we're going to just cut to the chase and get going on this. It's a very interesting and involved thing. That's why we're doing it in six parts, but I think this will be probably our best podcast and most lauded series ever because it is very much a process, much like auditing but not auditing, and it's one of those things that once we describe it to you, you will not be able to unsee it ever again. So, to start off, this is the race to build a mind, okay? Every major AI lab on Earth is chasing the same prize. Not a smarter chatbot, but a system that can improve its own ability to improve. This is the actual finish line of the AGI race, which means a sentient computer that behaves like a human but is a computer, okay? And that is based off of recursion. And what recursion is, is that you take something, you learn it, you apply it. You take something else after that, you learn it, you apply it. You take something else, you learn it, you apply it. And we are on and have been near the cusp of that and likely are there already. And these labs like Anthropic and OpenAI and, well, the Black Project budget alternate governments probably had it for at least 40 years, and we're just getting it now, which is typically the case. But this is not a podcast about AI, okay? It is one podcast about a much larger picture. So, please stick with us and look up your words. If you don't understand something, do demos and look, pause the podcast, look the words up. Recursion is the first misunderstood, okay? It's recurring over and over and over. That's how these large language models like Claude and ChatGPT or Codex or Claude Code work, is they start programming their own self. Now, if you haven't seen any of the obvious connections, I'm not going to tell you about it. More on that later in the podcast series. So, recursion is not repetition. It is a loop. Where each cycle raises the capacity of the next cycle. Compound interest is recursion with money. You put money in the bank, you make some money off of it, you take that money and you leave it in the bank and you make more money off of it. That is what recursion is. Learning how to learn is recursion with a mind or your mind. And the AGI race is recursion with silicon in computers. Why would you care? This is not a technology story again. The claim of this series is that the pattern the labs are racing toward is the oldest pattern there is. Not just on this planet. Not just on this timeline. Not just in this universe. Okay? From a civilization down to brushing your teeth. And you've heard me mention this before. And this has all been building recursively for me, for all of us, the staff at AOGP, everybody on this planet, everybody and everything in this universe is all built as subsets nested inside senior subsets. The machines are just the newest place that showed up. And there is no doubt in my mind, and LRH's as well, that this is something that has been going on in the physical universe and its other iterations, as well as other universes outside the physical and the theta universe, because there are more for a very, very, very long time. And they themselves are recursive. So, the most advanced project on Earth, machines that improve the machine, is running on a pattern older than the hardware it computes on. This goes down to the subatomic and quantum levels. It's all recursive. So, I've spent the better part of a year doing the AOGP remaster. The entire platform that we're doing in daily collaborations with different AI systems and creating our own, coding, planning, evaluating with the AI as a working partner on our own organization's own admin scales, data evaluator series, and the programs that we use to make it, make it make programs, and everything. So, my realization on this, to our listeners, was those AI systems are not static, okay? Each generation of model literally participates in creating the next model, generating its training material, critiquing its outputs, evaluating its successor, much like a parent does to a child, so on and so forth. Birth, life, death, start, change, stop. These are all recursive, okay? So, the scaffolding builds the building, then the building absorbs the scaffolding. So, what my cognition was basically is watching that daily, the shape became unmistakable to me as a class 9 auditor and OT 8. And this is something I've been looking at and was aware of on the OT levels, but couldn't quite put my finger on how to express this in a podcast until now. So, I'd climbed up the bridge, so did LRH, so did all of the people after him. So, a subset helping produce the senior thing, it becomes a subset of. Each level of gain producing the capacity for the next level of gain. I'd seen this architecture before, and boy, let me tell you, I've lived it, not just this lifetime, but a long, long time on the track. Over to you, Quenton. Well, yeah, and ultimately, when you look at it from, even from an organizational viewpoint, right, the way we operate, the way we do things, what we're basically doing is, is that we're creating subsets in order to continue to build upon those subsets, in order to continue to build upon those subsets, and it keeps growing. Everything that we're doing, what we're looking at from an org's perspective, is how these things are building this org, system by system, division by division, everything that we do, right? Everything that we do is we're building the machine inside the machine of greater overall independent Scientology, helping to get people up the bridge, helping to move people where they need to go, and using this technology, both modern technology, as well as spiritual technology, to continue to build upon each other recursively. I love this. Hmm. I have a question, though. So how, okay, I see, like, looking at it from the viewpoint of the AI and the org and organization and all of that, but how does this relate, or how could we, like, take this and make it relate to just a person on the street? Now, how could we break it down? Well, just the idea of subsets. Yeah, well, I mean, and we'll get into this in the podcast later on, but you're looking at what LRH says about cycles of action, like I mentioned a minute ago, okay? Those are all, you know, what do I need to do to get to work today? Okay? That is a subset of the Dianetic principle of survival, and that is an axiom. And so the axioms, the axioms, whether you're aware of them or not, and this goes way, way, excuse me, way, way, way out into the universe, and both physical and theta. And in looking at the axioms when I was in training at FLAG, when I was a kid, last lifetime in Scientology, all that stuff, this was something that was building up, but it was something that even LRH had to realize himself. And that is what we've talked about in the last several, gosh, I don't know how many podcasts, as far as scales, because subsets are scales. Hiding on the tone scale is a subset, and then when you start going up the tone scale, LRH talks about the harmonics in each tone level, all the way up. So all of the scales, all of this stuff we're going to be going into. So basically, it comes down to everything is inside everything else. It's like a set of Russian nested dolls. Yeah, I see that. And that's what these podcasts are about. And we're going to alliterate and talk about this from all of these different angles, and you will be blown away about how all of this is. And you'll never look at independent Scientology, your life, your dynamics, the universe, the same way again, I promise you. Even LRH, even LRH did not have all of the information on this. And he gave us the basis, recursively, for us to do this. And I want to thank him and shout out to LRH on this, because I would not have been able to be aware of this. And I'll be quite honest with you. It is a distinct possibility that based off of this podcast and everything that's going on recursively, there may be more data on the OT levels that we can produce from this. And that is not a statement I say lightly at all. And I'm not claiming to be LRH or anything like that. But I am saying that this is the woof and warp of everything I did on the OT levels, Excalibur and beyond that. And it is something that needs a second look with the help of AI and, you know, other class eights and class nines who can catch up to us, which is a no mean feat at all. So that's, I hope that answers the question, Simphiwe. Yeah, it does. It does. This is exciting. This is going to be a very nice journey. All right. So, Quenton, you want to proceed? So what we're talking about here is basically how the revenue, how we're basically creating an organization and we're creating it from this perspective of recursion. So let's really focus and dive into what recursion actually is, right? So basically, doing a thing twice isn't recursion. Doing something just on repeat isn't recursion, okay? It's not just about repetition. Recursion is when the product of a level is an increased capacity at the next level, okay? The interest earns interest. The skill makes something else more learnable. The tools keep building to get better tools. Now, as I was going over this, I looked at it almost like video games. Like, you totally, on the level that you're on, you get all the coins, you get all the powers, you get all the abilities, you get everything you need to beat the boss at level 31 or whatever. But you have to go through all those other prior levels recursively, right? Building on each other in order to get to that point. And so that really is the way pretty much everything in life works. Your bones work that way, you know? It was interesting because I went to the dentist not too long ago. And in the dentist, I had asked him about going vegan. And we talked about going vegan very briefly. And one of the things that he had cautioned me about was about your teeth. When you don't have the pull of like maybe chewing certain foods or chewing tougher foods or meats and whatever, whatever. When that starts to go out, eventually, so too does the strength, the strength of the bones of the teeth, right? And so that actual act of chewing even, right? Just sitting there and chewing on something that's tough and like, you know, I'm bringing my beef jerky because I like beef jerky. But like chewing on some beef, chewing on that actually strengthens your teeth. I just went to the gym today for the first time. Hallelujah. And I'm realizing I have to go to the gym recursively in order to get stronger and stronger, right? Stronger and stronger, better, better body. And the subsets of this, and I hope you guys are getting what we're putting down, because the subsets of this is today I did leg day, right? So that's a subset. Tomorrow I'll do abs and back or whatever. That's another subset. Then I'll do upper body, you know, and all of those are subsets of the whole. And you do it over and over and over again, getting stronger and stronger, better and better, increasing your weight and so forth and so on. And so in everyday instances, we learn this way, we invest this way, we train this way, we get healthier this way. All of these things are done. And Jonathan, just like pulling this together is brilliant, because recursion isn't about doing something twice. It's about it's a level of ability, whose product is the next level of ability. That's huge. And so I think that once we put this in place in our lives, we'll see how it actually results in everything that we do. Go ahead, Simphiwe. Sorry. Yeah, no, no, I'm just, I just, it just popped in my head. Like, it just keeps increasing. It's like, there's no end to it. I know you can, a being can keep, yeah, the being can keep getting better and better and better. And brings, brings, it brings back the idea of awareness. Like, when comparing that to like a child growing up. A kid, when, when they're very small, they just have a way of, what's this two things attached to me? Oh, the hands, the fingers, they can move. Now that he has figured out how to move the fingers, then he starts picking stuff up. And I used to joke with my, when my kids were like very young, especially with babies. The first thing they do when they see something for the first time is look at it. Then they want to touch it. Then they grab it. As soon as they can make it move, then they want to taste it. So it's like increasing levels of awareness. Now it's like, okay, I know what this is. Yeah, exactly. And starts doing more things. And then as you grow, it's literally the same thing. You keep doing the same thing, but at a higher level, because then you learn how to read. So you have to recognize the shapes of those little symbols. They're no longer just random dots, but now the actual shapes, that's an R, that's an E, that's a C, that's a U. And then you put it together and it's a word. Now that you can put words together, then you start like, oh, words come together and they form sentences. That's recursive learning again. Like, okay, now that I have sentences, now the sentences represent bigger thoughts. And then there's bigger concepts. And then you just keep increasing and increasing. So actually, there's no end to what a person can learn. And so one of the things that I've cognited on my journey up the bridge as well, and having done things like all the studies and the word clearing and all the words that I now know or understand, I'm able to confront learning something that I do not know. Like, there was a problem with the electricity the other day at church. And so I'm like, oh, what's going on? I look at it. I go on my Gemini. No, I went on and I go and I type the question specific to the thing that I'm looking at. I take a picture and then it tells me, oh, this is supposed to be like, okay, that makes sense. And I go and I fix it. And then the pastor comes that can simply fix electricity. Now I'm like, actually, I'm thinking to myself, actually, there's nothing I cannot know if I decide to learn it. And it basically brings it back to this. It's just recursive, recursion occurring over and over and over. Period. Right. Right. So that brings us to this familiar shape. Yeah. This familiar shape, gradients in the bridge. And Simphiwe did the perfect segue into that. So an OT level is not a trophy. Okay. This is the bridge is recursion. It is an increased capacity for reaching the next state and the next and the next. Each level of case gain raises your ability to make further case gain. That is recursion with a being in it or a human in the loop, if you will, on the lower end of the bridge. The exact architecture, the AI labs are trying to build on silicon right now with code. So the gradients, the whole technology of that gradients exists because the ladder is real. It's palpable. You cannot skip a rung. A skip gradient does not slow the climb. It collapses it. And this is why this is in study tech, as well as all of everything in Dianetics and Scientology from beginning to end, top to bottom. So every check sheet, every grade, every level that you do is sequenced because each one is the prerequisite subset of the one above it. This all stems from the axioms, both Scientology and Dianetic and the cues and the logics. So keep this in mind. A scale on paper does nothing. Why? Because the bridge, the grade chart, any, and I mean any gradient, these are all yardsticks that only produce change, wait for it, when applied to life. Quenton, do you want to say hear me for me? Yes. You're going to say hear me? Hear me. Hear me like you always do. Oh, hear me, right? Listen, y'all, hear me on this. Trust me. Because what you're talking about is so real because when skipping a gradient, what you're, you really are collapsing the entire, the entirety of what you're trying to build, right? Whether it be study, this is, this is why, and we have this conversation very often with PCs and people reaching for independent Scientology, but because of their curiosity, because of their stuff, they went ahead and tried to read the OT levels and go look at the OT stuff and look at all this stuff. Listen, when you try to skip a gradient, you collapse the entire building, okay? Whether it be in study, whether it be in business, whether it be in training, whether it be in processing, going up the bridge, the mechanism is, this is a rule of recursive development. This is a rule, like some people just talked about, of building self-awareness. You can't just say, oh, I want to know it all and jump straight to the top. And then when you get, you can't handle the truth, you know, you get to a point where you can't, you can't handle the truth because you're not, you haven't built that level of awareness yet to be able to fully process and understand all, you know, when I drag it out, that means something, all that there is there to understand and to know and to be and to do and to have. And so, yes, absolutely. Hear me because stop trying to skip gradients and do the bridge, do the process, do the thing. You know, it reminds me of a cartoon series that I really enjoyed. I was like binge watching it when I could now binge watch it, but when, when the first, when it first came out, it was Dragon Ball Z. We were watching it on TV. I was thinking about it too. It was like, it was five, no, it was five o'clock. So I'd come back from school, do my chores and everything and then come and watch this. And it was crazy because it starts out Goku, he's a baby, he's a kid and he's doing all those huge feats, you know, fighting these giants and I hit this, T-Rex that he was chasing around and all of that. It's like, wow, this kid is so strong. And then this, the, the, the nemesis at that level shows up and he's tougher than anything and then bits him up and then he has to figure it out and then he becomes stronger and he bits him. And then literally the next season, when it starts, he's suddenly weaker now, like he seems weaker because there's now a bigger challenge that comes up and it just comes back to this. It's like every level, as you get better, the, the, the, the level that you were fighting with before is now nothing. So you go and you find bigger battles to fight, so to speak. And then he keeps getting stronger and stronger. And then now looking at it, when I got to binge watch, cause then I, I'd have to wait for the next episode of Dragon Ball Z and then the next episode is coming the following because it's Friday and it always drove me nuts. But so now that I could, when I could binge watch the whole thing, so I'd be watching the whole thing from the beginning to the end and I'm watching all of it at the same time. Uh, I could get through the, get through that season faster, but then the next, uh, enemy that shows up or the next season, it's a completely different ball game. Now you've got like, it went as far as you have this guys who are now gods and he has to fight gods. And then he figures it out and he grows his strength and ability and all of that. And he's now fighting at that level. So it just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I guess you could just keep adding to it. I mean, the, the writers were brilliant, uh, of that show. So I really enjoyed, I really enjoyed that, but I'm just looking at that correlation between the bridge and the subsets and how the recur, the recursion, recursion actually occurs in like every level, you becoming more aware, you have, you have more ability and you can do more stuff and life becomes that much more interesting. And I guess also your zone of influence expands as well. Cause when you started out, you're just thinking it's just me and this, uh, um, anxiety that I have. That's when the person starts out and finds the first, first time you find, uh, Dianetics, for instance, book one, and then you get a session and you handle the loss of a girlfriend or the loss of a, a, a parent or whatever it was. And then now that you, your awareness increases, suddenly it's like, Hey, if I could fix that little problem, what else can it fix? And then your ability goes up before you know it, you go clear. And now you're on your UT levels and your game is completely different. This is mind blowing. I like, I like it. Well, and an interesting subset of all of this is how a story flows, how you write a story for Dragon Ball Z or anything else. You have start, change, stop. You have character development. You have the beginning, the middle and the end. You have a character development, the plot and the resolution. Start, change, stop. These are all recursive within what you just talked about in Dragon Ball Z for our listeners. So LRH says in scales, this is from the special Hubbard professional auditors course, part one, 8 April, 1959, which will be, uh, also listed in the description down below on YouTube. He says a scale intelligently used is a wonderful yardstick, but like arithmetic, you must remember that two apples plus two apples may equal four apples. But the fact itself is not going to do anything for anybody. You have to apply these scales to cases, to people, to things. So what LRH was cautioning is that a scale is an instrument, not, not a result. That's where application comes in. It produces change only when applied to actual cases and lives. So this grounds our section here in this podcast as a point that the bridge is a recursive ladder that must be climbed. No cheating. You can't fly a plane. You can't fly a plane when somebody says, grab the yoke. And you're like, what's the yoke? Because you cheated on the test. Or you have an MU and you don't know what a yoke is. Get it? So it's not, it's not a chart that must be admired. It must be understood. And then you can and must apply it. Because when, I was gonna say, because when you get, when you get those, he said two apples plus two apples may equal four apples. But the fact itself is not going to do anything for anybody. But once you understand, once you have some kind of awareness about it, those four apples can become an apple pie. You know what I'm saying? Those four apples can be multiplied. Those four apples can become a whole grove, as it were, a whole apple grove. So this is literally the shift in consciousness, the shift in thinking that we're going to, right? So when you understand subsets, right, and the whole idea of this series is this, that everything exists and functions as a subset of something senior to it. And the same pattern repeats in every magnification, macro and micro, right? So dynamics nests inside dynamics, plans nests inside purposes. This is the reason why we say get your admin skills done. Make sure you use your Axiom AI and get your admin skills done. Because what happens is, is that now your purpose and the subsets of all those purposes get all broken down to the nitty gritty. And you now have something that you can step into effectively to get a result. We just talked about this, what LRH said earlier, to get the result. So words, like Simphiwe said, words become sentences, become concepts, particles become holes of things. And so the architecture of this whole thing is understanding how universally applicable this is. What LRH mapped out in his scales and all the scales that we use in independent Scientology, it wasn't just arbitrary. It was helping you to understand your own universe, understanding the other persons or others' universes, understanding the universe of the mind, understanding the physical universe, coming to all things, all interpinnings and interinterpretations and stuff like that. Everything all working together, all working, building on each other for something greater, something more dynamic. And we're figuring this out now, right? But LRH had this stuff 75 years ago. This ain't new, but it's new to you. You understand? That's what my mom used to say. The car might not be new, but it's new to you. Okay? And so you get plainly and clearly that the existence of this physical universe, right, does not even rule out others behind or ahead of it. Because this is just one expression. I hope I'm not losing y'all. This is just one expression of this universe. If you'll remember, I know we keep referencing movies and games and things, but in the Matrix, the architect in the Matrix said, he said, this is our sixth iteration. This is our sixth chance. We tried this thing six other times and y'all keep messing it up. Okay? And so all of these... More on that later. More on that later, right. These episodes that we're about to go into throughout this series, right, is going to be showing you the machine. It's going to be showing you the scales of each of that machine. We're going to be talking about admin scales, of course. I mean, even right down to brushing your teeth. Okay? Everything you do can be really summed up in this light. And you get it... I say it in this light. And you get it to really understand how and why you, as an independent Scientologist, you who are searching for more truth, who are searching for more knowingness, who are searching for the understanding that comes along with this level of study, you understand that the two rails of the bridge, the left side of the bridge, which is a training, the right side of the bridge, which is a processing, all of these things help being go up higher. And the wider and the focus at once being all that. And so we're going to go into these episodes by episode, helping you break this down, helping you understand so that you don't get lost in this and you can start to see this working in your life day after day. Yeah, this is basically, this is basically a free PhD college course. You just don't realize it yet. Yeah. On, on, not just, not, not just earth physics either. I mean, this is, this is a crossover from theta to MEST and, and beyond. It's, it's pretty lofty and that's why we're taking the time to do it this way. Sorry to interrupt. No, no. And I was going to say, and you, and you get the opportunity to choose your level of experience. You get the opportunity to choose how you want to enjoy life and all that it has to offer or how you want to not, if that's where you want to come from. Right. LRH says it this way. He says in the, uh, say here's special, I'm sorry, the special Hubbard professional auditors course. He says, uh, the lecture is called universes from seven April, 1959. He says now the fourth universe is the obvious one. That is the universe of matter, energy, space, and time common to each and every one of the Thetans in that universe. Now, because there is a physical universe, I'm sorry, because there is a physical universe does not mean there is no other physical universes because another crew of Thetans agreeing on another time track could have a universe just behind this one and, or just ahead of it. You see? And so LRH is enumerating that the universe is, this is why we use that term in Scientology expression in Scientology, the, uh, the universe is a being actually deals with and noting that even the physical universe is one of a possible set rather than the totality of all that is. Don't be so myopic in your viewpoint, right? Yeah. I'll be honest with you. I, when, when I was creating the, the podcast outlines and everything, I, I referred to our knowledge base and talked about, uh, spooky physics and, uh, how that works and your alternate universes and everything. And, and, and this, this is all part of this series. I just want to tell our listeners. So I just want to interject that because this is, this is on an extremely grand scale. And so keep that in mind. Yeah. And we're getting the opportunity to magnify this thing and really pull it all out. And, and I'm going to say this, once you get, and I'm gonna let you talk to once you get this data, okay, hear me, once you get this data, your responsibility, your responsibility of this data, your responsibility with this tech, your responsibility of who you are as a being shoots through the roof across all your dynamics. Right. And this is why the axioms are so important because it's, it expands your sphere of responsibility or causitiveness. And this is why you need this information. Go ahead. Yeah. And I was actually looking at that idea of, uh, universes. Um, one, one example that I used to do when I was like introducing people to the subject of Scientology, because the definition, I think it's in, um, not science or survival, fundamentals of thought. And it includes universes. And it's like, what is this crazy concept? Now, mind you, I'm talking to, uh, kids from the township, like the oldest one is probably like 21. And then there's some 13 year olds in there. And so I had to come up with an easy way to make it make sense. And I would just grab a book and stand it up on, uh, in the center of like, on a desk. And I'd be like, right now you're looking at that book. What do you see? And then they're like, no, the book is a blue book. I'm like, okay, uh, well, I don't see a blue book. I see a yellow book because the side that's on my side is yellow. And then the other one seeing from the sides, like not, he doesn't see the big book. He sees a thin book. And it's like, all of us are basically have different, because of the different viewpoints we have, we technically have different universes. Some of the things that exist in that guy's universe, because in that guy's universe, he has a red book in my universe. There's no red book. There's a yellow book. And the guy seeing just the, the, the side of like the, the, the front side of the book, which has like just the white of the pages is like, it's a thin book. So, and it just changes like that. And then, so there's those individual universes for like my universe, his universe. And then now when we actually all now look at this book from all different sides, now we have like an agreed upon universe, like, oh, so the book is actually, uh, multicolored. It has like a, a yellow side and a, and a red side. And then there's that white side and like, oh, now that stuff's making sense. And being able to shift from my viewpoint and look at things from another person's viewpoint enables us to have that much better understanding, like it's ARC. Because your reality, now I see your reality and your reality has now become part of my reality. And it's like a common reality. And that makes us able to work even better. Now being able to shift my viewpoint like that, just in that little sphere makes me able to do even more. Cause when you go to, uh, to work, um, and you have to deal with like, uh, you have to do sales, for instance, I'm just making an example, or you have, you're running a business or a, a, a department, and then you've got like five other people. There's five other people. It's literally five other universes. And since you're in charge of all these universes, you have to now figure out how do I work with those people? Now, if you can't shift and look at things from that viewpoint, cause you stuck in your own universe and all the noise that's going on because you still have your case and your wife shouted at you yesterday and all of the stuff, the guy comes in, it's got this big deal, a big opportunity that the organization or the company could now just jump on and make millions of millions of dollars, but you won't see it. Cause you can't shift from your universe to the other person's universe. Now going up the bridge, it just breaks those, um, like it enables you to now play at different levels. It's like, there's no standing outside this pattern, like this pattern of subsets it's there and it applies to everyone, but you have to choose which level you're going to play. If you want to play in the one like, no, the book is green and no one can tell me that it's red because it's green. Cause that's what I see. You're not going to see a lot of opportunities and they're just going to pass you by. Actually, someone else is going to see the opportunities and take them. It's like what they're saying with AI right now. That's not, AI is not going to take your job. It's the guy using AI that's going to take your job. So yeah, this is, it's just so real though. It's amazing. Yeah. So we're talking, so that we're all to, uh, Yeah. Go ahead. Section six. And again, Simphiwe adeptly, adroitly, and artfully, uh, laid, laid the groundwork for section six. Yeah. So this is the alignment problem. There's an out. Yeah. I'll go ahead and do that. So their version, the hardest unsolved problem currently today, at least on the retail level of what we know. Okay. What, what's really going on behind the scene, which is a different subset outside of the public view and what we really have as a technology on earth, uh, nevermind what other technologies are had off world on other planets by other civilizations. I'm not joking. This is a subset. Okay. The hardest unsolved problem in AI is not capability. It is alignment. You've heard us use this word over and over and over and over. Am I right? Alignment. Oh yeah. Alignment. Alignment. Alignment. Alignment. Right. So again, subset. Keeping a system that grows more powerful, more faithful to the purpose it was built for. Every level of the machine must stay in agreement with the level above it or capability becomes catastrophe. What does that sound like? I'm not going to say it. What does it sound like to our listeners? Our constant listeners are going, Oh, okay. So our version, LRH solved the problem for organizations and lives with, wait for it, the admin scale. There's your answer. Goals, purposes, policies, plans, programs, projects, orders, statistics, and valuable final products. Every item, a subset of the one above and workability in agreement, depending entirely on the levels themselves. So LRH saw this. We see this. We're passing it on to you as do AI developers. They just have, they just have a different battle plan on the whole thing because, well, they have, they have this information. Trust me. Oh yeah. I know. I know. They have this information, but they discount it. That's unfortunate for them. That's a bonus for us. More on that later. So a brilliant plan serving a wrong purpose fails. A perfect work, excuse me, a perfect week serving no goals drifts. We see this in AI, okay? Less and less so. Because of the recursive nature of improvement of AI models, because of the recursive improvement of your admin scale on Axiom AI. As you get things done, you say, okay, what's next? I got these goals, dah, dah, dah, dah, dah. I mean, I don't know how more plainly to put this. So underneath, they both sit, they both sit as the same principle. There are senior data that remain true, constant all the way down the ladder, and everything junior is workable only insofar as it aligns with them. What's a yoke? I don't know how to fly this plane, okay? That is an issue. That is why the axioms hold across every magnification this series will visit. And Simphiwe brought this up earlier, and it bears repeating that everything that he was talking about is in the axioms. Over to you. Yeah. And with these, when you understand what LRH had with the admin scale concept back in 1965, right? It's the same engineering concept. It's the same problem that we're looking at right now when it comes to building these recursive AI models, when it comes to building a business, when it comes to building a life. The same technology is... I think we lost you, Quenton. Something was out of alignment. All right. Come back. We can edit it out. It's fine. All right. Just to keep the story going, you kept talking about a yoke. I think I got to drop it out. Can you guys hear me? Yeah. Go ahead, Quenton. I'm sorry. I don't know what else you guys heard. My audio went out. What I would say was, is that when you can look at the axioms, and you can look at your life through the axioms, when you understand just the axioms about the four conditions, as-isness, alter-isness, is-ness, and not-isness. When you can understand that, and then you look at your life from that viewpoint, it changes so much about stuff that's going on. When you can see somebody lying to you, and they're altering data, there's an alter-isness somewhere, therefore the problem persists. Right? Like, golly, just like getting that in makes life so much, like something ain't right. Something's being altered here. You can see it. Right? You can look at the news. You can look at the whatever. You understand what I'm talking about. I'm saying a lot without saying too much. You know, you can look at these things, and you can see that there's something going on, because LRH gave us these axioms, and there was a technology, there was a technology that now is building entire models and civilizations and everything else, and you have it. And we have it almost like it's just another page in a book. Isn't that something? Oh, yeah, just read the axioms. Just go through your axioms. Just do the axioms. This is why on Axiom AI, we have an axiom mastery course, or axiom mastery thing, where you actually go in and you get a mastery of the axioms, Scientology axioms, because these things are life-changing in and of themselves. Yeah, because it's a subset. And as an example, you know, a misalignment, your audio dropped out, because your audio dropped out. So that's another example of how subsets work. Right. And I know exactly why I dropped out, because I went over to another screen trying to clear a word, and then I didn't go back to the Zoom screen. And so boom, boom, boom. Now I dropped out. Hey, where's everybody? Okay, I came back in. Yeah. I guess the same thing would apply like with just everyday life. Say, for instance, a person is on the second dynamic, pursuing a relationship with like the partner. And it so happens that the partner works night shift, and he works during the day. So there's no alignment of their schedule. So they almost never meet. Because when the one is free, the one is at work. And when the other one is free, the one is at work. And then if that stays out of agreement, it can't really build anything there. And it would, a similar thing would happen also, like in one's own individual life, you say you want to, like, I think, Quenton, you spoke about this. You ask about going vegan. And then the dentist is like, yeah, but you might have problems with your teeth if you do that. Again, that's misalignment. So if you try going that route, you're going to have to figure out how do you compensate for the other things. Because if you don't, you're going to be in trouble. Right, exactly. Quenton mentioned earlier today, he said, it's like herding cats. And that's, you know, it's the same thing, you know, when you're dealing with people, or you're dealing with particles, or whatever, the messed universe, it's like herding cats, because of this missing alignment, misalignment of things. And so that's why it's so important to understand this podcast series and see what we're talking about, about subsets. It's, you know, you can ignore it at your own peril. It's still going on. We can't force you. And if it's true for you, it's true for you. That's what LRH says. We are a subset of LRH. LRH is a subset of his own observations of the physical and the theta universe and other universes. And all we're doing is applying what he told us to apply. Get it? Yeah. Get it? Got it? So LRH says, in the logic and axioms of Dianetics and Scientology, this is from 16 April 1959, from our knowledge base, and from LRH. These are the basic postulates which make the track track. These are the basic data of life and livingness. These data have proven true and constant and are actually the senior data all the way along the line in this particular subject. So what LRH was describing, the logic and axioms, is the senior data of the entire subject, which we've mentioned also, constant at every level below them. This is the alignment principle itself, which we just mentioned. A stack of knowledge, an organization, or a life holds together exactly, exactly to the degree its junior levels remain in agreement with data senior to them. So if the cats don't agree with you, you can't get them to do what you want them to do. And cats are, like LRH says, cats aren't from this planet, they're from somewhere else. So that explains that. And that's all we'll do with that. And octopuses. And octopuses, yeah. So, Simphiwe, you want to do Section 7? Yeah. So, application. Basically, one needs to find the one letter that works. Well, this week, sorry. The assignment is pick an area of your life and then name this letter out, top to bottom. It's like, what's the goal, which would be at the top? And then the purpose under that, and then the plan under that, and down the thing you actually do today, like down to the thing that you actually do today. Don't try to fix anything yet. Just name those rungs. This is an admin scale. And then the next thing would be to check alignment. You look for the rung that doesn't agree with the one above it. And your daily action, the way the daily action doesn't serve the plan, or the plan, is the plan serving the purpose, or is it being abandoned, so it's not being done. That disagreement, that's what you look for, because that's where the area hurts. That's where it's going to get thrown off. So you need to know it. And you will know it, basically, when you see it. Wait a minute. I want to improve my teeth, but at the same time, I want to go vegan, but I'm going to need to screw on something. You know, that kind of stuff. So you look at the different things, and you see, okay, this doesn't agree with that. You just look. The series will hand you tools, magnification by magnification. So you come back, and we're going to go deeper into these areas as we continue. This week, the whole assignment is just observation. Find one letter, find one admin scale, name its rungs, locate the disagreement, and what you do about it starts the next episode. Yeah. So, yeah. Right. So we're issuing you a challenge, cleanly and wholeheartedly and honestly, you know, that you're going to have to be careful about what it is that you fix before you name it. Okay. Because that is an out point per the data series. That is an out point. Okay. So something that you're not looking at, this is complexity and confronting folks. All right. Something that you're not willing to look at is the area, and we've never said this in a podcast before. It is the area of misalignment. Boom. And it could literally be anything, just like anything in your life right now. You just pick one, and I could maybe make an example with like a savings goal. So the top round would be the goal. The goal is, so I want to save $10,000 by the end of the year. Okay. That's the goal. That's what you want to do. But why do you want to do that? That's your purpose. So then you put like, I want to be able to take my kids on a safari. I'm in South Africa, but we do safaris. We've got the big five. We've got all these animals we want to go see. All right. And then under that, so what policies should I have in place to achieve that? Okay. A policy could be, I save $1,000 every month. I'm just making that up. So that's the next round. Now, if your math is quick, you can quickly see that there's a disagreement already. Because it's August right now. End of the year is how many months? That's four months from now. It'll be end of the year. If the policy that I'm putting in place is to save $1,000 every month, am I going to make the target or am I going to make the goal of saving $10,000? No. Not going to happen. So there's a disagreement right there. So it's just as plain and simple as that. So then I'll probably need to figure something else. It's either the goal has to change so that it agrees or the, the, the, the, the, the, the policy, like, yeah, the subset. Yeah, exactly. I need to change something. Maybe, okay, I need to save $3,000 every month. Now I have more than, like, I have more than the, the, the, the, the 10. So that would work. So there's agreement now. Then I go to the next thing, which is plans. Now I have to work out a plan. How am I going to, make enough money to save $3,000 a month for the next, uh, uh, three, four months, the four months to end of the year? That would record my plans. And then how do I make that plan happen? So the plan maybe could be, I sell, um, I sell, uh, what, what, what, I sell cars and make commission from selling cars for, and then for the commission should make enough for me to, uh, be able to save that. So that's the plan to sell cars. Now I have to have a, then I have to come up with a program to achieve that. Now the program could be, I have to, uh, identify the car, like identify the dealership that I can work with to sell the cars and be with law. And then projects. And then you just keep adding that that's the rung, like that's the letter going down, right down to every day. What do I need to do to achieve the next thing and achieve the next thing and achieve the next thing and achieve the next thing. So that's basically how that will work. But for now, for this week, the challenge is not to, uh, overcomplicate it. You're just going to observe, you put it down, like just pick whatever area in your life. It could be a job, your savings goal. It could be a relationship, um, put it down and then work out like what this rungs will have. And then you observe whether they are in agreement or not. And then lo and behold, you might be like, Oh my gosh, I want to build this relationship with this, uh, person, but, uh, we will never get a chance to sit down and be together. So I need to change something. Yeah. Well, and, and, and you gotta be careful because Jonathan brought something up, uh, that was really like, he called it the misalignment space that, that misaligned, that area of misalignment, because I'm gonna tell y'all something as with AOGP and us functioning across basically the entire globe. Okay. We're all right now we're in different time zones. We're in different parts of the world, like just the whole thing, right? 18 different countries that we've, uh, worked with PCs in and all of this, it's like herding cats, right? And let me tell you something. And because everybody is existing in their own universe while I'm really up and working and cranking things away and doing some, uh, org stuff, uh, some PCs. I just had my coffee. Give me a minute. Right. Or still sleep or still sleep. And I, and I literally have to be so pan-deterministic to say, wait a minute, I have to wait for them to wake up in California to even have a conversation with them that I need to have with them, but you know, whatever, whatever. And all of these things are real. And so when you're in that, that, that ugly space, that misalignment space, my grandma, you say, baby, don't be ugly. Now don't be ugly. When you in that ugly space and that misalignment is going on in your universe, it feels like it's almost like you said, Jonathan, it's almost palpable. You can feel when something is off in your universe or universes. And that spider sense gets to tingling and you're like, okay, no, I got to align all this stuff. I got to get some alignment here. And, and, and just one thing being out, you know, if I, if I have a conversation with somebody in California and I'm like, Oh, let me call them real quick. And I don't think about the time zone. I call them just out of excitement or whatever. Oh, you went, you woke me up. Oh my God. I'm so sorry. You know, that one little area of misalignment can just throw a whole bunch of stuff off. And so you got to be so aware that all of these things that Simphiwe just challenged you to, to observe, just observe them for now. I just want you to notice that all these goals and all these purposes and all the things that you're trying to create in your life, even when it comes to, like you said, a relationship, you got to make sure things are in alignment so that you can do what you sought, seek out to, sought out to do, what you've sought out to do. You can do what you've sought out to do and create the life that you really deserve. Yeah. So closing, in closing, but before we close, before we close, I just wanted to, before you close, I just wanted to drop something. Yeah. Um, cause there might be someone listening to this podcast and you're like me and you never just want the little thing. You just want the whole thing. And if you get it, you just want to get the whole thing and get it right now. We have the stuff on admins, get the full, uh, the full, uh, Monty on it. Just go on, on, on, uh, the link. We're going to have it in the, um, in the description, go to our website, do a personality test, the OCA, and then we'll get you hooked up. We actually have this full, the full Monty on it, but for everyone else who's not as crazy as I am, let's just do the challenge. Just, um, observe. And yeah, that was my five cents at the end. For sure. Yeah. Yeah. Because it's a two terminal universe folks, this podcast, we're one terminal, you're another. Okay. And that's, that's important to make that, that, that point of distinction because our communication to you indicates things to you just like auditing does. And you go, yeah, they're right. And like I said, at the beginning of the podcast, this is a subset that we're wrapping up, start, change, stop. And so we've gone from the beginning to the middle, to the end. We had the character, the, the, the, the character establishment and you get familiar with them and we're talking about all of this. And then we have the body of it, the plot, and now we're wrapping it up and we're having the resolution. Do you see this? This goes on every second, every millisecond of every day down to a quantum level in this universe and other universes. And it is palpable. It is usable as an application to every single thing you be, do and have. Okay. And we use this episode out of six. This is one of six that the most sophisticated machines ever built are climbing a ladder you've already climbed. Each level of ability producing the next level of ability. That pattern is not a curiosity of computing. It's, it's merely an example. Okay. It is an analogy. It is the architecture of everything, no matter where you look, where you are. And it's for the next live episodes that we're going to change magnification and watch the same structure appear everywhere. Everywhere we point this lens. Everywhere. Find your ladder, name the rungs, like Simphiwe suggested, Quenton suggested. Next week, we're going to take the smallest magnification of it all, the admin scale, hiding inside an ordinary morning. Okay. So, in closing, we hope you really enjoyed this podcast and it's a lot to take in and we realize that, but it's really not because it's right in front of you, sitting in your car, sitting on your dining room table, sitting in your lazy boy in the living room, sitting on a chair, maybe in a park, wherever. It's all around you. So, for Quenton and Simphiwe, namaste and we love you. Bye-bye. Peace. Bye.
