I have just completed the purification rundown! I want to share some of my experiences from doing so. This is a powerful and rewarding technology that has given me so much more than I ever even imagined possible.
The benefits and wins I gained from the technology have been massive. It has left me feeling so much lighter not as in weight wise but like a huge heaviness has been lifted from me.
I have experienced a huge a change within the appearance of my skin and even had some glass push its way out of my skin that was embedded years ago. It’s funny because when first learnt and heard about the process my imagination really went wild and I had envisioned it being far more difficult and painful than it was.
Also at the start I found it impossible to run at all, by the end, I was actually enjoying the running part and never expected to hear myself say that.
I am super grateful for the incredible support we received from Jonathan and AOGP, it meant the world.
