1982 saw the beginning of the computerization of Scientology management, using Ron's phenomenal breakthroughs in the application of computer technology.
With new ideas for computer utilization far beyond the limited scope of the time, Ron wrote a series of policy letters called the Computer Series of policy letters on the now rapidly advancing field in the early 80s.
Computers were being used to the utmost to help expand Scientology worldwide through a new fledgling organizational tier of management named INCOMM (International Network of Computer Organized Management.)
